Radio Interview in South Africa to help raise awareness

On 23rd of September a local radio station, Umhlobo Wenene FM, based in East London South Africa, interviewed our Training Facilitator, Ms. Nomfusi Nkonyeni, about our project.  

The interview was all about raising awareness. In the interview the following questions were asked and explained:

• What is the FCP?
• How does the FCP help people?
• What are the problems that someone would experience if they had cancer?
• Do people know about getting screened?

Ms. Nomfusi Nkonyeni also gave out the 3 phone numbers of our nurses for people if they wanted more information.

Direclty after the interview we have had calls from as far as Cape Town in response to the interview.
